KCPSS CHOIR GOT A SILVER IN THE SYF!!!! yeah mans...=)) wad a rollercoaster ride it was on the 24th april 2007. first neutral,den nervous,den stressed, den crazy,den stressed and depressed den happy again. LOL. dis event is smth i wont easily forget. =)) wen we went to collect results, i was so freaked dat i grabbed on to kenny's arm...den wen the results were announced, we screamed and cried tears of joy.it was juz so...woah.=)) we were all so high and happy.=)) den went for dinner at sub at j8.=)) den went home in a cabbie cos mummy and daddy had smth on. so cldnt pick me up. SILVER!!!! WOO HOO!!!
okay. sch....is full of drama nowadays. sighs. shant elaborate.some ppl shld haf an idea of wad i'm toking bout...LOL.the guy may look lyk a playboy,bud frm wad i gather,i dun tink he is.so dun gif up on him yeah? =))

heya...i honestly cant believe how bo liao, retarded, stupid, idiotic and some more adjectives i can use bud i wldnt wanna stoop to some person's level. some ppl mite noe hu i'm talking about and i'm seriously not happy bout it....
anyways...today i had...well...school...duh...we had physics...double period. no SPA....so sians la....den...bored bored bored...til PE! =)) too bad we didnt play football...we played frisbee instead...and i tink i ALMOST injuried a few ppl todae....SORRIE! wasnt on purpose....HAHA...den we only played frisbee for ONE period...ONE MEASLY PERIOD...den we had to help mr tan (the pe teacher) set up chairs...so stupid la...and we dun even get CIP hours...=(( service to the sch....wadever mans...
den set up chairs...actually the girls didnt do much...we juz sit down dere and played childish games...which were fun btw...=)) den wenjing and i went to play wif the push cart thingy...u noe the one u use to shift the chairs around? HAHA...den i tink mr chua was kinda amused...bud he stil went..." grow up la"...hey...i'm only 15 la...i stil deserve to act lyk a child..HAHA...

hey...shall blog now since i haf tym...=))
today i went to church...it was great and i had fun....=))
aft dat we went to eat at Millenia Walk...
den we went to drop my sis of at home cuz she wanted to watch her cartoons
aft which we went to go for The Ark's membership class 101...which we were late for...HAHA...
i had fun dere though...we had things to munch on and class wasnt too bad...den we took sides on which nogats were better, the hard or the soft ones...kimarie and i prefered the hard ones whereas vickie and someone else liked the soft ones...HAHA...okay...yeah dats bout it....
nth much to blog already...so dis is pretty much the condensed version of my day...
i read this story a long tym ago...i found it really meaningful so i'm putting it up here...i guess sometyms we need to b reminded of the extent to which God loves us...so yeah...i hope dis story will serve as a reminder....enjoy! =))
THE STORY
There once was a man named George Thomas, pastor in a small New England town. One Easter Sunday morning he came to the Church carrying a rusty, bent, old bird cage, and set it by the pulpit. Eyebrows were raised and, as if in response, Pastor Thomas began to speak..."I was walking through town yesterday when I saw a young boy coming toward me swinging this bird cage. On the bottom of the cage were three little wild birds, shivering with cold and fright.
I stopped the lad and asked, "What you got there, son?"
"Just some old birds," came the reply.
"What are you gonna do with them?" I asked.
"Take 'em home and have fun with 'em," he answered. "I'm gonna tease 'em and pull out their feathers to make 'em fight. I'm gonna have a real good time"
"But you'll get tired of those birds sooner or later. What will you do?"
"Oh, I got some cats," said the little boy. "They like birds. I'll take 'em to them."
The pastor was silent for a moment. "How much do you want for those birds, son?"
"Huh?? !!! Why, you don't want them birds, mister. They're just plain old field birds. They don't sing. They ain't even pretty!"
"How much?" the pastor asked again.
The boy sized up the pastor as if he were crazy and said, "$10?" The pastor reached in his pocket and took out a ten dollar bill. He placed it in the boy's hand. In a flash, the boy was gone. The pastor picked up the cage and gently carried it to the end of the alley where there was a tree and a grassy spot Setting the cage down, he opened the door, and by softly tapping the bars persuaded the birds out, setting them free. Well, that explained the empty bird cage on the pulpit, and then the pastor began to tell this story.
One day Satan and Jesus were having a conversation. Satan had just come from the Garden of Eden, and he was gloating and boasting. "Yes, sir, I just caught the world full of people down there. Set me a trap, used bait I knew they couldn't resist. Got 'em all!"
"What are you going to do with them?" Jesus asked.
Satan replied, "Oh, I'm gonna have fun! I'm gonna teach them how to marry and divorce each other, how to hate and abuse each other, how to drink and smoke and curse. I'm gonna teach them how to invent guns and bombs and kill each other. I'm really gonna have fun!"
"And what will you do when you get done with them?" Jesus asked.
"Oh, I'll kill 'em," Satan glared proudly.
"How much do you want for them?" Jesus asked
"Oh, you don't want those people. They ain't no good. Why, you'll take them and they'll just hate you. They'll spit on you, curse you and kill you. You don't want those people!!"
"How much?" He asked again. Satan looked at Jesus and sneered, "All your blood, tears and your life." Jesus said, "DONE!" Then He paid the price.
The pastor picked up the cage he opened the door and he walked from the pulpit...

heya...bored...so shall blog...cos dats wad a blog is for...to help u kill a bit of tym...HAHA...
okay...todae i discovered dat mrs loh's classroom is super duper uber warm...and i realised dat mrs loh loves to do reflections....LOL...i got 10/10 for both my other reflections...so...yay...=)) den we had to do a reflection on our test...which i finished the wk before cos i finished my test and she marked my paper already...so yeah...so i wrote " even though i haf done relatively well for this test, i stil believe i can improve and do better the next time round." wen i told wenjing...she was lyk "2 more marks to full marks, u wanna improve wad?" or smth along that line...LOL....
den we had double emaths...OMG...i nearly dropped dead frm the heat and frm boredom....gosh....is it even possible dat mrs low/loh's (new emaths teacher) homeroom is even warmer dan mrs loh's (elect lit teacher) ? so warm....den the fan spin sooooo uber duper slowly....so i asked kiew kiew to turn up the fan for me....den she told me the thing was already at 5...the highest.....-_-''' so stupid la...i tink the fans in sch r spoilt.....all lyk not working properly liddat....bud mrs helen lim's fans in her homeroom r working juz fine...the other tym i sat under the fan in her room...i nearly froze to death...LOL.
okay....den a bunch of jokers went to go and smash the mirrors in the toilets and totally murdered the water cooler near the hall....so now....we haf to go to some really far far away toilet....i'll try to get a pic of the water cooler...btw...the water cooler's really screwed up.....lyk someone kicked it. -_-''' guess some ppl r really dat bored...i wonder wad the visitors wld sae if dey saw it? LOL.
so now...the poor choir members (yes, dat includes me) haf to run either to the canteen toilet or to the toilets in the classroom block....GAHHHH! not fair...den we had full dress rehersal today...so we had to change and since the toilet near the hall was out of bounds, we went to the one at the class room block...so yeah...
tmr we haf choir sectionals wif mdm y...i'm really starting to wish dat the dang syf wld come and we cld juz get it over and done with. i'm really getting physically and mentally exhausted...aft syf comes my common test den aft dat is genting trip which is a competition....AHHHH!!!!!! sorrie. juz felt lyk doing dat.
i realised i've been wrong bout a few ppl.....ppl really arent wad dey appear...sighs...bud i'm really thankful for ppl lyk wenjing, jeanette, hannah jie, samuel kor and my other friends....dunno wad i'd do without u guys. =))
btw...HAPPY INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP DAY TO ALL MY FRIENDS! thanks for being a part of my life and making it more interesting. ESP. HALF....i noe i havent been hanging out much wif u guys lately and i'm really sorrie...i promise we'll hang out soon okay...promise...we need to go take neos soon...=))
okay...lets rewind to thurs. i went for music prac at church....i had alot of fun...jon and i were juz playing round wif the keyboard...=)) never knew jon was so gd at multi-tasking mans....he can do percussions and play the keyboard at the same tym....he can also teach me and listen to wad the worship leader wants...bravo jon bravo....=)) den we were juz being lame...den jon was lyk "if some person walks in, they'll probably b wondering wad on earth we're doing..." LOL....den uncle jeff was lyk making everyone laugh wif his antics...LOL...shall post pics of dese various ppl soon...mayb in the next post...=))

hey...u noe wad i juz realised? SYF is in 12 days...OMG...i seriously hope we can bring back a gold...if not i tink it wld b kinda embarrassing....lyk ppl wld sae " yr instructress costs 120 bucks an hour and u guys cant even come back wif a gold?" how humiliating...okay...no pressure...juz nth less than a silver....
we got back our physics and pure geog test papers todae...thank God for my results...32/35 for physics and 15/25 for pure geog....dats so amazing isnt it....thank you God for hearing my prayers and for helping me....thank you so much...=))
and to those ppl hu didnt believe dat i scored dat well....i haf something to sae...."oh u of little faith..." hahaha...LOL....

hey...well back to blog again...haha...todae i was excused frm class frm 11am onwards....reason being dat i had to go to VCH (victoria concert hall) for SYF rehersal...yeah man...=))

number 1: she didnt gif back our test papers! so it didnt spoil my mood....=)) number 2: she gave us sweets frm LA which she brought back frm her conference...and she let us eat it in class too...the sweets were awesome btw...=))
anyways...aft pure geog was english....which i was allowed to leave early cos of VCH...dey were watching some korean movie which starred the jewel in the palace lead actress...didnt watch enough of the show to actually rate it...so yeah...
then the choir ppl excused ourselves and left for early recess....den wen the guys came out, kahseng was lyk "how come u get to leave early? mr tan didnt let us leave..." so i was lyk" i got SYF rehersal.join choir,den u oso can leave early." haha....
so we all boarded the bus...which we had to squeeze into. den some of us ended up standing. cos not enough space...den jeanette kept going on and on bout how the other ppl didnt let the "old people" (refering to herself of cos...haha) sit...LOL...
so we got to VCH. the hall was a lot smaller dan wad i remembered...LOL...den oonie asked us to go on the stage. not wanting to take the stairs. i juz hoisted myself on stage...den oonie was lyk"wahh liddat oso can..." den she arranged us and we waited for mdm y to come.
guys hu got picked on by mdm y...i noe it muz hurt a lot...bud press on okay? =)) bud den...aft seeing some ppl cry...it makes me wonder. is she too hard or r we too soft? hmmm...food for thought. i tink dere has to b a balance. lyk she cant b too hard and we cant b too soft...bud den again, it's juz my opinion.
mdm y keeps mixing me and liyen up...she actually wanted liyen to sing den she called farah...so i was lyk "erm...mdm yeong? i'm over here..." den the whole choir started laughing...so i clarified wif her dat i'm farah and liyen's liyen...den she sae we look alike....-_-''' wth....i tink mdm y went for a motivational course...cos she seems to b super...erm...motivational todae? LOL....
okay yeah...so aft dat...we left VCH. i tot i cld go back to sch and di xiao the ppl in my class. bud we got back too late. haha...anyways the last 2 periods were CME...and since ms yip wasnt around, mr foo took over...and in my opinion...mr foo is one of those teachers hu dont care wad u do, juz as long as u dun get yrself, him or anyone else in trouble.HAHA...no offence meant of cos...
went to LJS wif wenjing and we saw michelle and simin dere...we sat and ate wif dem and we spent our tym toking away....never order an extra portion of fries...i "oh-so-smartly" did so and i cldnt finish...u noe y i ordered an extra portion of fries? cos i tot the seafood thingy didnt come wif it...so "smart" rite? LOL...

heya...juz realised i havent been blogging in a few days...reason? too much hwk,too busy...tinking back bout it...i didnt even touch my hwk...diao...okay..lets rewind to the start of the week....
monday: cos sch starts later at 9am...daddy, mummy and i went for breakfast...den daddy sae wanna eat roti prata...so okay...den we went to the coffee shop near sch....guess hu i saw? i saw yingjie,yong sheng and some unknown guy (sorrie unknown guy. i really dunno yr name.)...so in my mind i was lyk "shit!" den i faster faster walk...den daddy and mummy juz had to pick the table beside dem...so i sit far far away....at lyk the end of the table...den i take newspaper to cover my face...so paiseh la...den daddyy come and ask me "girl ah, do u noe the guys frm the nxt table?" den i was lyk" yeah...one is ex-classmate...another one is current classmate." den daddy said" ohhh...no wonder dey kip staring at u..." wahlao...super paiseh la...den aft eat finish...i walked to the car...den mummy asked "u dun wanna sae bye bye arhs?" den i sae"no,no..no nid...going to c dem in sch later..." actually i was sorely tempted to go and shake yingjie's chair to sae bye...HAHA...den in the car mummy asked "r those guys playful in class?" den i was lyk "yeah...(sorrie guys...bud i had to tell the truth...LOL)" den mummy sae "izit? dey look quite well behaved..." so u guys shld feel happy...yes? HAHA...
lets fast forward to tues...went for dinner wif kaki...we sat down at macs and toked a lot...didnt we kaki? LOL...nxt tym nid ppl to take up leadership post i noe hu to saboh le..HAHA....den went for training...was lyk super early la...so i went to put on my contact lenses...the 2nd floor toilet at BSCC is so much cleaner den the one at the 1st floor....so yeah...den went to train...

okay...den PE...played football....den the ground was lyk super muddy...so we didnt noe...den we chased the ball into the muddy patch...i started sliding around...thank God i managed to grab on to someone...if not i wld haf fallen over...and in the later part of the game, i chased the ball, conviently forgetting dat it was muddy...den i slipped and fell...on my butt no less...so muddy la..my shorts and parts of my shirt were totally soaked and muddy..thank God i had the no.1 tee and FBT shorts to change into...we won both matches...8-1 and 1-0...yeah man...=))
